Terms of Supply
Last updated 5 September 2026
1. These terms
These terms apply when KORI FOOD LTD (“we”, “us”) supplies snack boxes to your business (“you”). By placing an order you accept them.
KORI FOOD LTD · Registered in England & Wales, company no. 17437440 · Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
We supply to businesses. Because you are buying in the course of your business, the consumer cancellation rights in the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply, but the rights we give you in our refund and returns policy do, and they are contractual promises you can hold us to.
2. Placing an order
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email, not when you submit the order.
- If we cannot fulfil an order, a product is unavailable, or the address is outside our delivery area, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
- Boxes are curated. We tell you the number of items and the dietary profile, not an exact product list, because the selection rotates. If you exclude a dietary category we will honour that exclusion.
3. Price and payment
- Prices are shown per delivery on the website and are the prices in force when you order. Delivery is included in that price for any UK address, we do not add a delivery charge, a zone surcharge or a fuel surcharge at checkout or on an invoice.
- Card payments are taken by Stripe at the point of order, and for repeating deliveries on each delivery cycle.
- Invoicing: where we have agreed 30-day terms, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. We may charge interest on late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and may pause deliveries on an overdue account after giving you notice.
- We may change prices for future deliveries by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
4. Repeating deliveries
- There is no minimum term and no notice period. You can pause, skip, reschedule or cancel from your account at any time.
- Changes take effect for any delivery that has not yet passed its cut-off, currently as set out in our delivery policy. A delivery already past its cut-off will go ahead and be charged.
- We do not require a phone call to cancel, and we will never ask you to justify it.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas, days, lead times and what happens if reception is closed are set out in our delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your premises.
6. Food, allergens and your responsibilities
- Every item is supplied individually wrapped in its original manufacturer packaging, with a printed card giving origin and allergen information for each product in the box.
- You are responsible for how the box is presented in your workplace. If you decant items or remove them from their packaging, the allergen information no longer travels with the product and we cannot be responsible for that.
- We can exclude products containing specified allergens at your request. We source products made in shared facilities, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, and we will not describe a box as free from an allergen.
- Goods are supplied of satisfactory quality as required by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. Nothing in these terms limits that.
7. Employee feedback
Where your team gives us feedback on a box, we use that as guidance to choose snacks your team wants.
8. If something goes wrong
- Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if a box arrives damaged, short, or containing an item past its best-before date, and we will replace it or refund it.
- The full refund position is in our refund and returns policy.
- Neither of us is liable for failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects a delivery we will reschedule it or refund it.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including our obligations under food safety law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the deliveries in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the contract
You can stop ordering at any time. We may end the contract by giving you 30 days' notice, or immediately if you have not paid an overdue invoice after we have asked you to. If we end it, we refund anything you have paid for deliveries you have not received.
11. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Questions: hello@korisnack.com.
